Born in 1973, award winning British guitar virtuoso Conrad Harpham started playing at the age of 15. He is widely recognised as one of the most technically accomplished guitarists in the UK. Having been bought his first guitar by his brother, Conrad soon started to teach and perform across the South West of England.

"I spent so much time playing my brother's guitar, that he got fed up and bought me my own!"

In the year 2000 Conrad played in the grand final of "Jam 2000" at Birmingham NEC, coming 4th out of 15 national finalists.

"This was a great experience, as it taught me much about playing under pressure"

The next few years were spent practising, teaching and performing the guitar in all manner of venues.

"Over the years I have played to audiences of over 10,000 people in festivals, right down to just 1 person in quiet bars" the buzz is just the same, it comes from a love of the instrument."

2006 brought the coming together of "The Conrad Harpham Band", an instrumental rock/fusion outfit that and has been creating a stir across the UK for the last 2 years. In 2008 The Conrad Harpham Band released their first recorded work as a band, entitled "Conradical", and live performances led to Conrad recently winning the prestigious "Outstanding musician" award at the South West UK Battle of the Bands competition.
